Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful experiences in One’s life. The responsibility that comes with this is huge. What we are going to talk here is how to eat healthy during pregnancy.   • Adding fresh vegetables which are beneficial for pregnancy to a pizza base and eating it would help you eat healthy food. Eating eggs when you don’t want to eat a specific food item will help you eat healthy. Avoiding oily and heavy food. Eating few vegetables like Broccoli, green leafy, Spinach, etc would give you a healthy pregnancy. Eating vegetables gives the pregnant woman needed vitamins. It gives Vitamins C for baby’s growth and bones too. Eggs contain protein and protein-rich diet can help you keep your blood sugar level stable.
  • Medicines, Check-ups, Exercise, and a baby bump can be difficult to handle and can be irritating with passing time. Food is the only thing which can make a pregnant woman happy but eating unhealthy will cause harm to the baby as well.
